LCP Poland, part of M Core acquires excisting retail park  in Strzyżów from PKB Inwest Budowa.

LCP Poland, part of the M Core collective, one of the leading investors and developers in the Polish retail park market, has finalized the acquisition of an existing retail park in Strzyżów from PKB Inwest Budowa. The property, with a total gross leasable area of over 5,700 sqm and 14 tenants, is fully leased. The Strzyżów transaction marks LCP’s another acquisition of a ready-made retila park, confirming the company’s strategy of growth through both development projects and acquisitions.

The acquired retila park in Strzyżów (officially opened at the end of 2023) is located in the eastern part of the city along the main road, ul. Jana III Sobieskiego, surrounded by dense residential areas. Its convenient location makes the retail park easily accessible to both local residents and visitors from nearby municipalities.

Tenants of the acquired property include Rossmann, Sinsay, Kaes, Al. Capone, Totalizator, Media Expert, Dealz, Pepco, Action, Max Your Style, Delikatesy Szubryt, and Green Point. Visitors of the retail park have access to a parking lot with 168 spaces. As part of the company’s broader ESG initiatives, electric vehicle chargers will soon be available on the parking lot, and LCP will also seek BREEAM certification for the property at a minimum level of Very Good.
