The M Park brand continues to grow steadily within M Core’s commercial real estate portfolio in Poland. LCP Poland, part of M Core and responsible for the management and delivery of all assets within the country, has announced the next project in the M Park pipeline. The new development in Biała Podlaska marks the third M Park scheme introduced in the early months of 2026 and reflects the consistent, disciplined expansion of the brand across Poland.
The planned M Park Biała Podlaska will provide close to 5,600 sq m of leasable space and will accommodate eleven tenants. The opening is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. The scheme is located in the northern part of the city on Armii Krajowej Street, near the Żołnierzy Wyklętych roundabout and in close proximity to dense existing and planned residential developments. The project design includes 140 parking spaces for customers, along with electric vehicle charging stations. In alignment with M Core’s ESG standards, the scheme is expected to achieve a BREEAM Very Good certification level.
LCP Poland, part of M Core, will deliver the project entirely with its own internal development, construction and leasing capabilities. The scheme has already attracted commitments from recognised and well‑established brands including Lidl, Villaro, Rossmann, Sinsay, Xtreme Kids & Fitness and KFC. This tenant mix supports the creation of a modern, functional retail environment designed to serve a wide range of customer needs and reinforce the city’s retail landscape.
