Retail Parks space to lease
Warehouse & office space for lease in Multipark (SBU)
LCP Poland, part of M Core, one of the leading investors and developers in the Polish retail park market, ends December on a high note by opening its thirteenth retail park this year – M Park Trzebiatów. The newest property in LCP Poland’s portfolio was developed together with its business partner, Green Hills Investment. The new investment, offering over 6,250 sqm of GLA, is fully leased from day one – 12 units have been filled by popular brands addressing the everyday needs of local residents.
M Park Trzebiatów was built in the northern part of the city, at 7 Półwiejska Street, in a location easily accessible both to the local community and to visitors. For customer convenience, a parking area with 218 spaces has been prepared, and will soon be equipped with electric vehicle charging stations. The facility also aligns with LCP’s sustainable development strategy – BREEAM certification at the Very Good level is planned, and the roof is ready for the installation of photovoltaic panels
The group of twelve tenants at M Park Trzebiatów includes, among others: Lidl (1,200 sqm), TEDI (700 sqm), Pepco (600 sqm), Sinsay (550 sqm), KIK (550 sqm), Rossmann (500 sqm), CCC (450 sqm), and Worldbox (300 sqm).
“M Park Trzebiatów is a strategic project for us – it is fully leased at the moment of opening, which once again confirms the attractiveness of the chosen location and of our brand. I would like to thank our partner, Green Hills Investment, for their professional cooperation in the construction and commercialization of this retail park,” said James Fife, CEO of LCP Poland, part of M Core. “This year has truly been exceptional for our company in terms of launching new investments. Our M Parks are literally filling new cities across Poland. For us, this is a source of pride and, at the same time, a driving force motivating us to maintain this growth momentum in 2026,” he added.
