LCP Continues BREEAM Certification for M Parks!

Another step towards responsible development of our portfolio is behind us. We have completed the BREEAM certification process for additional M Parks, confirming that a sustainable approach is a real standard in our operations, not just a statement.

Five properties have received the BREEAM International In-Use: Commercial v6 certification in the areas of Asset Performance and Management Performance. These are: M Park Rumia, Puck, Jelenia Góra, Portowa, and M Park Zielone Tarasy.

Additionally, three properties were assessed under the BREEAM International New Construction v6 system, highlighting our commitment already at the design and construction stage: M Park Olsztyn, Iława, and Szubin.
