Two wins for LCP Poland, part of M Core!

On 29 October, at the 16th CEE Investment Awards gala, we received two awards:

• Investment Deal €20-50 million for the acquisition of Galeria Chełm.
• Retail Project for M Park Zawiercie.

These awards reflect the two routes through which we grow our portfolio: developing M Park retail parks, and acquiring proven assets that strengthen our position in the Polish market. We would like to thank our team, who work every day to make sure new properties are delivered efficiently and serve their communities well, and our partners, without whom these projects would not have happened. We also thank the organisers and the jury for recognising our work. This is an important moment for us, but more openings and more projects are still ahead.
