M Park Trzebiatów was built in the northern part of the town, at Półwiejska 7, in a location easily accessible both for the local community and visitors. For customer convenience, a parking lot with 218 spaces has been provided, which will soon include electric vehicle charging points.
The facility also aligns with LCP’s sustainability strategy – it is planned to achieve BREEAM certification at the Very Good level, and the roof is prepared for the installation of photovoltaic panels.
