M Park Pionki, the jubilee 50th LCP retail park under the M Park brand in Poland, was opened in November 2024.
M Park Pionki is located on the main, through street in the city - Doktor Marii Garszwo, in the immediate vicinity of the Pionki PKP railway station.
For the convenience of visitors, a spacious car park for up to 355 cars is available. Moreover, in each implemented M Park, emphasis is placed on ecological aspects, including the installation of electric vehicle charging stations - in the case of Pionki there are four such places. In addition, as part of ESG, it is also planned to obtain BREEAM certification at the Very Good level for this property.
