M Park Szubin is located at Sienkiewicza 39 and 41, in the northern part of the town, just a 20-minute drive from the center of Bydgoszcz. For visitors’ convenience, a spacious parking lot with 371 spaces is available. From a broad ESG perspective, the retail park will feature electric vehicle charging stations. Additionally, the project plans to implement a water-saving system. M Park Szubin is also aiming to obtain BREEAM certification at a level of at least "Very Good."
