The project in Reda was created as part of the long-term strategy of the LCP group, which includes introducing high-quality retail parks to the market under the M Park brand.
M Park Reda, which consists of two buildings, A and B, is located on Handlowa Street, right next to the existing Lidl store. For the convenience of visitors, a spacious parking lot for 95 cars is available.
M Park Reda is a project that takes into account the characteristics of the surrounding buildings in its architecture, which allows for the ideal preservation of the uniform style prevailing in the entire existing building line. What is more, in each implemented M Park, emphasis is placed on ecological aspects, including the installation of, among others, electric vehicle charging stations – in the case of Reda, there are four such places. In addition, the roof in this project has been prepared so that in the future photovoltaic panels can be installed on it.
