The retail facility in Łask was added to the LCP portfolio as part of an acquisition in 2022. In 2023, the facility was rebranded, thanks to which it officially joined the M Park family of retail parks, a brand belonging to LCP Properties.
M Park Łask belongs to a group of smaller retail parks. On an area of just over 1,000 sq m, it hosts two tenants, i.e. Media Expert and Rossmann.
M Park Łask is located in the eastern part of the city, right next to Warszawska Street, which is one of the main thoroughfares in the city.
The retail park is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kaufland grocery store and a petrol station, surrounded by numerous residential buildings.
