Retail Parks space to lease
Warehouse & office space for lease in Multipark (SBU)
LCP Poland, part of M Core, one of the leading investors and developers in the Polish retail park market, is launching its second project this year with Refield, a development company specializing in retail parks. Following the retail park opened together in February this year in Zwoleń, the companies have now joined forces on a project in Ciechanów.
On the day of its opening, LCP confirmed the acquisition of Pasaż Ciechanowski, which officially joined the company’s portfolio as M Park Ciechanów. The newest M Park offers over 10,700 sqm of GLA and 13 tenants. As of the opening day, M Park Ciechanów is 100% leased.
M Park Ciechanów was developed in the northern part of the city, at 7a–d Gostkowska street, in Gostków – one of the largest and continuously expanding residential districts in Ciechanów. Moreover, the retail park is located right next to one of the city’s main roundabouts, from which Pętla Miejska street conveniently leads towards further residential neighborhoods, including Aleksandrówka and Żuławy. For visitors’ convenience, the property offers 321 parking spaces. As in every M Park project, ecological aspects have been emphasized: two electric vehicle charging stations will be installed. In addition, within the ESG framework, the property is planned to obtain BREEAM certification at the Very Good level.
The tenant mix at M Park Ciechanów includes: HalfPrice (2,000 sqm), Biedronka supermarket (1,200 sqm), Martes Sport (1,000 sqm), Woolworth (1,000 sqm), popular fashion brand Sinsay (887 sqm), as well as Worldbox (730 sqm), CCC (670 sqm), DM Drogerie Markt (615 sqm), Xtreme Fitness (620 sqm) and Xtreme Kids (750 sqm), Pepco (500 sqm), Eobuwie (450 sqm), and Hebe (330 sqm).
“We are delighted to once again complete a project together with Refield – a trusted partner with whom we share an approach to effective and responsible investing. M Park Ciechanów was developed in an excellent location, offering full occupancy from day one and a tenant mix tailored to the real needs of Ciechanów’s residents. We believe this property will quickly become not only a shopping destination, but also a part of everyday life in the city. This is an important project for us – both in a local context and within the scale of the entire M Park portfolio,” said James Fife, CEO of LCP Poland, part of M Core
