M Park Ropczyce kicks off – the fifth M Park opening in Poland this year!

LCP Poland, part of M Core one of the leading investors and developers in Poland’s retail park market, has officially opened M Park Ropczyce. This marks the fifth M Park retail opening in Poland this year under the M Park brand. The project was added to the LCP portfolio during the development phase in the summer of last year, following its acquisition from Genesis Property. M Park Ropczyce offers over 4,500 sqm of retail space with eight tenants. On opening day, the park was 100% leased, delivering a fresh and diverse shopping offer for local residents.

The newest addition to LCP Poland, part of M Core portfolio is located in Ropczyce, just 35 km from Rzeszów, at 13 Kolejowa street, one of the city’s main through roads. For visitor convenience, a spacious car park with 140 spaces has been made available. From an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standpoint, electric vehicle charging stations will be installed on site. The project also includes plans for solar panels and a water-saving system. M Park Ropczyce is also set to achieve a BREEAM certification at a minimum level of Very Good.

The seller, Genesis Property, was responsible for both general contracting and the leasing process in this project. Tenants of M Park Ropczyce include Aldi (grocery), Sinsay (fashion), Rossmann (drugstore), as well as Pepco, Dealz, CCC, and Worldbox.
