M Park celebrates its 50th location! The new retail park by LCP Properties opened in Pionki.

LCP Properties, part of the international real estate investment collective M Core, and one of the leading investors and developers in Poland's retail park market, has officially opened M Park Pionki, its 50th retail park under the M Park brand in Poland. This is also the thirteenth M Park in the Masovian Voivodeship. M Park Pionki offers nearly 9,300 sqm of space with a total of fifteen tenants. On its opening day, the facility boasted 100% occupancy. Construction of M Park Pionki began exactly a year ago, in November 2023. LCP’s partner in this project, Family Partners, was responsible for the construction process and co-responsible for leasing processes.

The milestone 50th retail park by LCP, built in Pionki, is yet another testament to the company’s long-term strategy of introducing high-quality retail parks under the M Park brand to the market.

M Park Pionki is located on Dr. Maria Garszwo Street, the city’s main thoroughfare, in close proximity to the Pionki railway station. For the convenience of visitors, a spacious parking lot with 355 spaces is available. Moreover, every M Park project emphasizes ecological aspects, including the installation of electric vehicle charging stations—Pionki features four such stations. Additionally, as part of its ESG initiatives, the property is planned to receive BREEAM certification at the "Very Good" level. The construction supervision for this project was handled by Eudeco.

The tenant mix at M Park Pionki includes notable retailers such as Bricomarché (nearly 1,700 sqm), Jysk (over 1,300 sqm), the grocery store Biedronka (approximately 1,100 sqm), the popular fashion brand Sinsay (750 sqm), as well as Martes Sport (700 sqm), Rossmann (500 sqm), Dealz (500 sqm), Pepco (550 sqm), CCC (400 sqm), and Xtreme Fitness Gyms (600 sqm). The park's leasing process was carried out collaboratively by the leasing teams of Family Partners and LCP Properties.

M Park Pionki marks the fourth M Park opening this year, following Iława, Reda, and Olsztyn. Additional M Parks currently under construction, including locations in Mrągowo, Brzeziny, Bogatynia, Ropczyce, and Szubin, are scheduled to open in 2025.
