Retail Parks space to lease
Warehouse & office space for lease in Multipark (SBU)
LCP Properties, one of the leading investors and developers on the Polish retail park market, part of the international M Core group, officially opened M Park Olsztyn, its 49th retail park under the M Park brand in Poland. It is also the eighth M Park in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. M Park Olsztyn has a total of 3,100 sq m of GLA with six tenants. Construction work on this project began in February this year, and the general contractor of the investment was Konstrpol.
The project in Jaroty near Olsztyn (the retail park was built on the border of these two towns) is another example of the implementation of the long-term strategy of the LCP group, which includes introducing high-quality retail parks under the M Park brand to the market.
M Park Olsztyn is located at 106 Bartaska Street in the immediate vicinity of large new housing districts Zacisze and Generałow. For the convenience of visitors, a spacious car park for 126 cars is available. Next to four of them, chargers for electric cars have been installed. In addition, as part of ESG strategy, it is also planned to obtain BREEAM certification at the Very Good level for this property. The property construction is connected to the recently opened Aldi grocery store.
LCP's latest investment is the 49th retail park under the M Park brand in the entire portfolio in Poland, but also, after three M Parks in Elbląg, M Park Iława, Lidzbark Warmiński, Pisz and Lubawa, the eighth retail park under this brand in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.
The fully commercialized M Park Olsztyn includes tenants as follows: TEDi – 801 sq m, Sinsay – 788 sq m, Pepco – 549 sq m, Dealz – 466 sq m, Rossmann – 461 sq m and JB Bałdyga/Cymes – 91 sq m.
“We value moments like today the most. When, after months of hard work, we can open a high-quality, fully commercialized retail facility for the local community. The tenant mix for this project was selected to meet the expectations and needs of local residents,” commented Magdalena Kowalewska – Kasperowicz,
Chief Operating Officer of LCP Properties in Poland, during the official opening ceremony.
“Each new project, each new opening brings us closer to the position of leader on the Polish retail park market. This is our strategic goal. Looking at our launched projects, which we will open in the coming months and those that we have in store, this goal is becoming more and more realistic,”
she added.
M Park Olsztyn is the third opening of M Park this year after Iława and Reda. An additional opening of M Park Pionki is planned for the end of this year. The next M Parks currently under construction, i.e. Mrągowo, Brzeziny, Bogatynia and Ropczyce, will be opened in 2025.
