Growth in the rhythm of M Parks: LCP Poland enters Nasielsk

LCP Poland, part of M Core and one of the leading investors and developers in the Polish retail park market, announces the acquisition of its second M Park development project in January this year.

Following the announcement of the Zawiercie project two weeks ago, it is now time for Nasielsk. The purchase agreement was signed with one of LCP’s business partners, Family Partners with whom LCP has completed projects over the past two years, including in Pionki, Iława, and Łochów. M Park Nasielsk will comprise approximately 2,600 sqm and host seven tenants. The opening of the retail park is planned for the beginning of the third quarter of 2026.

M Park Nasielsk will be developed on Warszawska Street, one of the main arteries running through the entire city, in the immediate vicinity of an existing Lidl store. For the convenience of future customers, a parking lot with 145 spaces is planned. From a broader ESG perspective, electric vehicle charging stations will be installed in the parking area. In addition, M Park Nasielsk is expected to obtain BREEAM certification at a level of at least Very Good.

The seller, Family Partners, is responsible in this project both for general contracting and for leasing processes. The group of confirmed future tenants already includes brands such as Pepco, CCC, Rossmann, WorldBox, Martes Sport, and JBB..
